3-DROP SPRAYING TRACTORS UNDER 75 HP
Designed to adapt to all types of
straddle or inter-row tractors of
less than 75 HP, R-SPRAY spraying is
fixed in 3 drops on the straddle tractor, without
an intermediate frame (boom available as an
option). This complete integration allows for
a rigid and precise connection between the machine
and the tractor, guaranteeing excellent
stability and optimal ground tracking.
Its compact and balanced design reduces
overhang and lowers the center of
gravity, thereby improving maneuverability in
narrow rows.
3 TO 7-DROP SPRAYING TRACTORS OVER 75 HP
Mounted on straddle tractors from 75 HP,
the telescopic central lift boom
(1.20 m stroke) offers a wide
range of adjustment, allowing the working height to be
precisely adapted
to the vegetation. This flexibility guarantees a
smooth and secure passage between rows,
in varied terrain conditions.
The hydraulic folding system
facilitates maneuvers and reduces the time of
travel.
Thanks to the variable spacing adjustment, the
R-SPRAY spraying system easily adapts to
different vineyard widths.
Efficiency across all rows
Depending on the configuration of 3 to 7 drops,
the R-SPRAY spraying system treats
6 to 14 faces simultaneously in a single
pass, offering:
complete coverage,
uniform product penetration, and consistent treatment quality
in the densest foliage.
Precise and high-performance distribution
The electrically regulated distribution system
offers precise flow control on each section and guarantees
uniform product distribution across the entire working
width. This prevents overdosing and ensures
controlled application throughout the entire
plot.
Thanks to the D.P.A.E. system, the flow rate adjusts
automatically based on the forward speed.
The operator benefits from
intelligent and simplified control: the applied
dose remains constant, regardless of
ground conditions.

High-performance drop technology
Each drop is equipped with an independent turbine
for regular air distribution
and a homogeneous mist.
With a minimum flow rate of 50 L/ha per level
and an ideal forward speed of
4 to 5 km/h, the application remains precise while
limiting consumption.
The flexible drops facilitate
retraction in case of obstacles, while
absorbing vibrations and shocks related
to ground irregularities. Their flexibility
allows them to precisely follow the profile of
the vegetation without mechanical stress.
Compact, with a footprint of
only 20 cm, the system offers
excellent maneuverability between narrow
rows for optimal preservation of
the vegetation.
