The BACATER ARTICULATED DOUBLE HOPPER enables
consistent and uniform spreading management through
in-cab control of hopper lifting.
Equipped with a slat chain floor with RLB system
(Rail Libre Bourrage – Anti-Jam Rail), it
prevents blockages and facilitates material flow,
ensuring increased reliability
and fewer unscheduled stops.
The hydraulic closing gate
provides precise dosage control and
instant adaptation to field
requirements.
The front extension
incorporating a protective grid on the cab side, provides
enhanced safety for the high-clearance tractor.
Its hopper depth of 800 or 1,300 mm
offers a compact and
versatile design, combined with a width of
2,400 mm for excellent stability and
generous capacity.
The spike roller
at the gate outlet
breaks up clumps and
homogenizes the product before
distribution. It ensures a consistent flow
and prevents jamming while improving
product distribution.
The rear locator chute
ensures
targeted and controlled application

THE LONGITUDINAL SPIKE ROLLER promotes
more uniform distribution for optimal
spreading.
THE FLOOR SPEED CONTROL KIT
is an in-cab indicator that monitors
the rotation speed of the discharge shaft
(in rpm):
• ensures consistent dose per hectare,
• prevents over-dosing or under-dosing,
• monitors blockages or
malfunctions.
ONBOARD WEIGHING enables real-time measurement
of the exact quantity of material to
be spread.
THE D.P.A.E. (electronic proportional flow
control), a device that
guarantees precise and consistent spreading by
automatically adjusting the spreading rate
proportionally to tractor speed.
FLOOR REVERSING SOLENOID VALVE:
necessary if high-clearance tractor not equipped.
Allows reversing the belt rotation direction.
Useful for completely emptying the hopper or
clearing the chain in case of blockage, it
enables product flow in the opposite
direction for cleaning or maintenance
THE 60×60 SUBFRAME with mounting
plate ensures easy and secure installation.
